What kind of game is this?

EGO ARENA is a browser-based arena for traditional Korean board games played with Baduk (Go) stones: Stone Flick (Alkkagi), where players flick stones to knock opponent pieces off the wooden board, and Gomoku (Omok), a tactical battle to connect five stones in a row. You can play completely free with zero registration or login required.

Your 16 Play Style Card and dedicated original music obtained from a single test work across both Stone Flick and Gomoku. Play style is not a psychological assessment, but your own tactical persona for the board. Alongside Style Duels, choose between computer AI matches, two-player matches on a single device, and challenges.

Who is it for?

It is built for players learning Stone Flick and Gomoku, those curious to discover their matching play style, and friends looking for a quick match. Play effortlessly with touch on mobile or a mouse on desktop.

How to Get Started

1. Take the Quick Test to discover your play style. If you already know your personality type, you can enter it directly from the home screen.
2. Check your Style Card, choose Stone Flick or Gomoku on the home screen, and start a match. To play without personality modifiers, select Classic mode.
3. When the match concludes, review and share your results and Style Card. For detailed rules, read How to Play Stone Flick & Gomoku.

How Was It Made?

All character portraits and backgrounds are original illustrations generated for this project, without using real persons or copyrighted brand characters. The soundtrack features 16 original instrumental compositions produced specifically for the game.
